Refund policy

30-day returns

Unused items in original condition can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email support@clevercraft.pro first for return instructions; please don't send anything without them.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.

Installed products

Once a controller or light bar has been installed, it's covered by the ARKLights Limited Warranty (ark-lights.com/warranty) rather than the return window.

Items that can't be returned

Custom or personalized items can't be returned unless they're defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within fourteen (14) days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.
