Shipping policy

Free US shipping on orders of $100 or more

US orders with a product subtotal of $100 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free by our standard method. Orders under $100 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. For international orders, email support@clevercraft.pro and we'll let you know what's possible.

Processing time

In-stock items ship within two to three (2–3) business days. Pre-order and backorder items ship in the order they were placed; the expected ship window is shown on the product page, and we'll email you if it changes.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you didn't receive it, email support@clevercraft.pro within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date and we'll work it out with you and the carrier.

Returns and warranty
